1. Ref Mic enabled and over
the “bad” ear.
2. Probe Mic in the “good”
ear.
3. Level Microphones.
4. Place receiver into good ear and
turned ON; transmitter over bad
ear and turned OFF.
5. Measure and store as “Unaided.”
6. Turn Transmitter ON; Store As
Aided
7. Difference Curve (REIG)
shows benefit of adding the 2nd
mic for sounds arriving to the bad
ear.
