for your own uses to include in your programs. You may not resell 
the existing programs unchanged. You may however use the 
programs or portions of them as a part of your own larger system
for resale. The programs provided are copyrighted material of 
Frye Electronics. Frye Electronics retains all rights to the 
material provided.  

Some components of the programs provided are public domain and/or 
rely on products provided by other companies such as Borland 
International. Frye Electronics does not (and cannot) claim rights 
to such material. 

Any program that you develop that is derived from these samples 
belong to you. Frye Electronics does not claim any rights to your
programs. You may use the programs provided here for any lawful
purpose as long as the Frye Electronics copyright notice remains 
intact. If you modify the programs provided here for your own use, 
you should use your own copyright notice.

Frye Electronics retains the right to change its products at
anytime without notification. 

Product warranty is limited to replacement of defective media.
