How to install a program file in windows V3.1x

   From Program Manager 

   Select the file group where you want to put the program 
       by clicking anywhere in the file group box
     If you want to create a new program group
       Click on the Program Manager File menu select
       Click on the Program Group selection
       Type in the group description and name
       Click on OK to create the program file group window 
 
   To install a program in the file group
     Click on the Program Manger File menu select
     Click on New
     Click on Program Item
     Click on Browse
       Go to the disk and directory where the file is locate 
         and click on the desired file
       The filename should appear in the filename box
       Click on the OK button
     Click on OK of the properties window
     The file icon should now appear in the file group

   To communicate via Port 2 (or add other command line options):
     Install program as above
     Make sure that the desired program icon is selected
       by clicking on it 
     Click on the Program Manager File menu select 
     Click on the Properties menu selection
     Click on the Command line box
       Using cursor keys, move the caret (vertical bar)
         to the end of the filename. 
       Press the space key followed by the '2' key 
         to add " 2" to the command line. 
       If you wish to add other command line options,
         press the space key and the option letter. 
       If you accidentally wipe out the filename, click on 
         the Cancel button and try again.
     Click on the OK button to save the new file properties


Note: Most of the audiometer programs require the use of the 
FRYERS driver. For Windows operation, the FRYERS driver 
must be loaded before Windows is started. Usually it is 
recommend that Fryers be loaded in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file
as one of the last programs.
